Q: How long it will take to register a new domain name?
A: It usually takes 24-48 hours for the root DNS system to update their database.

Q: Is there any down time when I transfer my domain name to your server?
A: If you signed up for the free trial first and had an account with us, our system is already expecting your domain. There is no down time at all.

Q: If I have more than one domain, can I let them point to the same web site?
A: Sure. You should do it in the following steps:
(1). Sign up and open an account with us.
(2). Go to "Member login", use "Register new or transfer existing domain" and pay $39/year to become a real user; or if you want to keep your existing domain with your current registrar, use "Keep domain with your current registrar and pay only for our web hosting service" and pay to become a real user.
(3). Repeat step 2, under the same account (the same user name), and pay for the second domain.

Note that, every time you add a domain to your account, your service grows. For example, if you have 3 domains, you get 3*500Mb=1500Mb Web space, 3*100=300 Mailboxes, and so on.

Q: How do I renew my domain?
A: We will have interface inside "Member Login" to allow users renew their domains. We will email to inform users when renew become necessary. It is very important to keep your contact email at name2host.com valid.
